“Lust-Au” at European Forum Alpbach
“Emergence - The Emergence of New Landscapes” is the theme of the 2007 European Forum Alpbach (running until September 1). One of the exhibitions in the Forum’s cultural programme, presents the results of “Lust-Au,” a Linz09 preliminary project.
Mario Terzic and a working group in the Vienna University of Applied Arts’ landscape design programme collaborated on this project to produce landscape design analyses of Linz neighbourhoods bounded by the Winterhafen shipyard, the Lustenau industrial zone and the grounds of the Voestalpine steel mill. “Lust-Au,” together with some other artistic research projects (investigations of Lower Austria’s Marchfeld region and the area between Vienna and Bratislava, Slovakia) will be on display until September 1 in Kunstfoyer, the lobby exhibit space of the Congress Center Alpbach.
