Hubert von Goisern at LinzFest

LinzFest over the coming Whitsun weekend is providing a foretaste of the Linz Europa Tour 2007 that will kick off in June.

On Saturday, May 26, Hubert von Goisern will be making a live public appearance that’s being taped for the “Zeitgenosse im Gespräch” (contemporary in conversation) show on ORF – Austrian Broadcasting Company’s radio station Ö1. He’ll be reporting on the Linz Europa Tour, the first leg of which departs in June and takes him all the way to the Black Sea. The show will air on May 31 at 9 PM on Ö1.
Hubert von Goisern has also assumed program planning duties for a portion of the May 26 Whitsunday concert, and his lineup includes three bands he’ll be working and playing with on the Linz Europa Tour. Things get underway at 6:15 PM on the stage in the park along the Danube.
