Vienna’s Musical Gift to Linz

The Republic of Austria will mark the Capital of Culture year with an extraordinary present to the City of Linz.

The capital of Austria has a very special honor in store for its European Capital of Culture: the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra will give a gala concert at Linz’s Brucknerhaus in the fall of 2009.
