The Capital of Culture is on track in the truest sense of the word. A City Runner, one of Linz’s ultra-modern street cars, now bears the Linz09 logo on its way through town.
Signs and banners have been going up all over Linz to welcome visitors to next year's Capital of Culture—for instance, arriving passengers at the Blue Danube Airport. The Linz09 logo is also prominently displayed along major auto routes into town and at the construction sites of the new cultural facilities going up. Now, one of Linz’s sleek new trolleys is getting people psyched up for the upcoming Capital of Culture year.
