A number of guests specially invited to the grand opening of Linz09 were given the opportunity to experience the capital under a privileged perspective: „Linz zu Hause“[Our home is your home] gave them an authentic taste of what being at home in Linz is like.
From single households to students’ flat-sharing communities to extended families with three generations living under one roof: Selected households in all parts of the city were playing hosts to Linz09’s special guests. For the guests this meant getting a first-hand experience of Linz and being able to share with Linzers an evening specially arranged for them. After dinner everyone was proceed to the Brucknerhaus for the Solemn Opening.
