The mission of the “52 Ways to Save the World” project is to provide people with weekly ideas in the form of theory fragments, practical suggestions or descriptions of specific interventions designed to make them think and get actively involved in solving problems. Associations, individuals, organizations, students, little kids and seniors have developed these suggestions in conjunction with an international idea competition. The upshot at the end of the Capital of Culture year will be a collection of 52 different ways to save the world.
