Klangwolke - Call for volunteers

The Visualized Linzer Klangwolke will be one of the highlights of the Capital of Culture year. As always! But this time, things will already be getting started in the afternoon prior to the spectacular nighttime show, when hundreds of fanciful creatures will be making their way through the city and congregating towards evening on the banks of the Danube to escape the deluge that’s said to be approaching.

To bring off this extravaganza, the Klangwolke production crew is seeking committed, creative volunteers to breathe life into these wondrous creatures. Members of sports clubs, music associations, amateur theater groups and dance students, school classes, youth clubs and senior citizens groups—you’re all cordially invited to get involved! Under the director of Roger Titley and students at Linz Art University who’ve been learning to build these figures over the last few months, volunteers will help create their creatures and escort them on their way through Linz on the day of the Klangwolke.
