What could TwixtVille have been? What was it? What is it? The portrait of a city that was indeed planned but, in the end, never built.
Time’s Up and Linz09 agreed in late September 2008 to cease work once and for all on the TwixtVille project. Now, a Kopfstand09 get-together focuses on the history of this very special undertaking as a contribution to a reality in which much comes to fruition and a great deal more does not.
