Authors and literary specialists hold creative writing workshops for ambitious (German) speaking non-experts in Linz’s partner towns. The theme is the historical and/or current connection between the two cities. Texts awarded prizes by the panel are presented in public in Linz and its partner cities and subsequently published. As part of the feasibility study for this project, this process will be tested in November 2006 in Budweis and in Spring 2007 in Linz.
